At this point, ya’ll know our motto, “Circular Fashion Looks Different on Everyone” but what are other people doing?
First I’m just going to leave this here so you know when to join us for mending club soon!

I keep mine in the notes app of my phone.

Disclaimer: It’s always evolving so continue to check in.
Another disclaimer: your style doesn’t have to be flattering, trendy, approachable, or anything else that puts you in a box you don’t want to be in!
Do your best to avoid impulse purchases.
Currently loving this as a guide to help decide whether an item is an intentional purchase or an impulsive one.
Give yourself grace.
We are doing the best we can in this linear, micro-trend, and difficult to navigate system.
Story time: A few months ago I was on the hunt for yoga gear. I go to hot yoga 3-4 times a week during which I’m upside down, contorting my body, and generally moving in ways that have no tolerance for uncomfortable clothing. I had been saving for this and dove into all the “sustainable” brands headfirst.
After trying nearly all of them I didn’t find anything that worked for me, and out of desperation, I walked into American Eagle. I loved their workout gear and I bought a few sport bras and leggings. Although I continue to wear and love those pieces, I felt ashamed and hypocritical.
That was until I confessed this purchase at a Circular Salon and fellow members reminded me that we don’t live in a world that provides all the circular options we would like, in fact, they offer very little, so we have to make due.
This is a long winded way of saying, do the best you can & find community that supports you while continuing to help you!
